Upon arrival, we faced a disappointing room mix-up. our booked room was swapped, leaving us separated from our children. The staff initially seemed helpful, but issues like a broken bed and a tight bathroom space went unresolved throughout our stay. Noise from the breakfast area added to the discomfort during our visit.

Just a nice choice for a brief stop-in in Venice with very good value for money. The breakfast spread was impressive, with lots of fresh options that helped kickstart the day. Be prepared for some morning noise from the breakfast room if you're an early riser.

The staff provided help with arrival arrangements, even accommodating our late check-in by keeping the key in a box outside the hotel door. The shower had inconsistent water temperatures, which made for a frustrating bathing experience. Despite these issues, the location and amenities made the stay enjoyable.

rimon place-kosher has a lovely location with great views of the square. it’s super easy to walk to a nearby kosher restaurant. the beds were really comfortable, and the room was clean and modern with excellent facilities. the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Additionally, some noise from the breakfast area could be intrusive in the early hours.
